Creator Launch Lab Membership Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Free Membership Scope

By registering for or participating in Creator Launch Lab, you agree to be bound by this Membership Agreement. Members must be at least 18 years of age and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Free membership may provide access to select educational resources, archived lessons, creator opportunities, and the community Discord server. Creator Launch Lab reserves the right to modify, adjust, or update free membership benefits and accessible content at any time.

3. Paid Educational Content

4. Digital Products & Tools

Certain premium lessons, specialized courses, and live workshops may require separate payment or enrollment. Completed or legacy paid lessons may eventually be made available to free members at the sole discretion of Creator Launch Lab.

Books, downloadable templates, workbooks, software scripts, and specialized digital tools are sold separately unless explicitly specified as included in a specific membership tier or promotional offering.

5. Affiliate Program Terms

6. Member Content Ownership

Membership in Creator Launch Lab does not guarantee approval for affiliate programs, commission earnings, employment, or specific income. Any participation in affiliate programs remains subject to separate written agreements and program guidelines.

Members retain full ownership of their original creative works. By sharing content within the community, members grant Creator Launch Lab permission to display and distribute such content solely to operate the platform. Commercial resale requires separate consent.

Members must maintain professional and respectful conduct. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, fraudulent claims, spam, impersonation, illegal activities, and copyright violations are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate removal from the community.

All materials, lessons, and resources are provided strictly for general educational purposes and do not constitute individualized legal, financial, or professional advice. Creator Launch Lab makes no guarantees regarding financial earnings, audience growth, or specific business results.

9. Independent Relationship

10. Account Termination

Membership in Creator Launch Lab creates an independent relationship only. Nothing contained in this agreement creates an employment relationship, agency, franchise, joint venture, or legal partnership between any member and Creator Launch Lab or Dallas Brown.

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Violations of community rules or terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to all services and community channels, subject to applicable state and federal laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how data is collected. By joining, you consent to receive essential service notifications. Promotional emails require separate consent and include clear unsubscribe options.

All proprietary course materials, logos, frameworks, and content provided by Creator Launch Lab are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, public display, or resale of proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this agreement with reasonable notice of material changes. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rights.
